COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Opcon By Eaton 104659 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ovation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Optex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ormec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ovation such as the 1C31177G01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NFDW01 manufactured by Optex and we are pleased to be able to service most Optex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4710PS20TB30 by Manufacturer Ormec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Par-Sytems Brand 7441361 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Optimation,-Optimate,-Opti-mate such as OM640 equipment made by Optimation,-Optimate,-Opti-mate have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optimation,-Optimate,-Opti-mate products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optimation,-Optimate,-Opti-mate" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 202020X11 made by Origa as well as the popular 479U31D1 original spares produced by Ph Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FHLV001MP by Optex and OM640 spares by Optimation,-Optimate,-Opti-mate are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CD43503R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Optex. |
