COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Perceptron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Optoflex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Perceptron such as the 9110011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Z1MO manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 410300360 by Manufacturer Optoflex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand NJ40U4W4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Patlite such as LME60MM equipment made by Patlite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Patlite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Patlite" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9161007 made by Perceptron as well as the popular M4250000001 original spares produced by P-q-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S0600X0108Y0147Z03109171012 by Perceptron and LME60MM spares by Patlite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K166004M01K16003M01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl.
