COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ono Sokki RP-8524-2000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Osaka-Kiko products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ph parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Oriental-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Osaka-Kiko such as the 3E2103915A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 479U91D121 manufactured by Ph and we are pleased to be able to service most Ph systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2LB101 by Manufacturer Oriental-Motor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand 0085233 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Optical-Gaging-Products such as 38280 equipment made by Optical-Gaging-Products have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optical-Gaging-Products products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optical-Gaging-Products" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CVS3N21RA made by Optex as well as the popular AKBX511 original spares produced by Pack-Driver Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0150J4MAU14A12000 by Parker and 38280 spares by Optical-Gaging-Products are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2113842001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Paine. |
