COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ono Sokki BS-112(0.001~10mm) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Presision-Lab products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ovation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Osacom product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Presision-Lab such as the 0103799001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1C31189G01 manufactured by Ovation and we are pleased to be able to service most Ovation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L3355S by Manufacturer Osacom as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Oriental-Motor Brand C98659480B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Optex such as CD5LW25A equipment made by Optex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0400CBB4MAU18C made by Parker as well as the popular 718A2P original spares produced by Panadac Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMF51043NFUFW1 by Optrex and CD5LW25A spares by Optex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CRC800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Orion. |
