COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron ZX-LT010 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Opcon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the UBE500F64SE2V3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NJ40U4W4 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8170A6501 by Manufacturer Opcon as well.

Spare units by Penny--Giles such as SLS190251KL501 equipment made by Penny--Giles have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 418869 made by Pepperl as well as the popular UZH100 original spares produced by Panasonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TLQ5MD1 by Omron and SLS190251KL501 spares by Penny--Giles are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NJ1530GKE2T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl.
