COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron ZFX-S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perceptron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Opcon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the NBB818GM60USV12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5150093 manufactured by Perceptron and we are pleased to be able to service most Perceptron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1140C101 by Manufacturer Opcon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand UC200030GM1UR2V15 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as V740HS02C equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RN209933CH made by Panasonic as well as the popular E3XNA41 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RL238H500RT4992 by Pepperl and V740HS02C spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original U328B07 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pcb.
