COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panasonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Perceptron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the KHD2SR2EX1W spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PX22 manufactured by Panasonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Panasonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9164018 by Manufacturer Perceptron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Opcon Brand 8170A6501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as V720SCD1D equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1241B1X2 made by Opcon as well as the popular PB10046 original spares produced by Pepperl

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 352A73 by Pcb and V720SCD1D spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P4112BXP4112CAC115X5R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Optosafe.
