COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron V700-CD1D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the NBB518GM50E2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Z4LBS10V2 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLC30150T92 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well.

Spare units by Pepperl such as 50FR231 equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 113A24 made by Pcb as well as the popular ZXEM02H original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N310P9211 by Panasonic and 50FR231 spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NJ50FPWS3J94 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl.
