COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron S82F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Osai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Optex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific such as the PN32C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7942100H manufactured by Osai and we are pleased to be able to service most Osai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CD2215485M12 by Manufacturer Optex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Optex Brand CVSE1N21RA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by P.e.-Labellers such as ISD171 equipment made by P.e.-Labellers have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FP2140H made by Ono-Sokki as well as the popular FHGI002MP original spares produced by Optex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WLCA122N by Omron and ISD171 spares by P.e.-Labellers are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZX1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
