COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron R88M-K05030T-S2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ao-Smith product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the R32DT71C4BM605HR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Q2AA07040DXP00M manufactured by Sanyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NPL884287 by Manufacturer Ao-Smith as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand R27DRE90L4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Neugart such as PLE120115 equipment made by Neugart have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Neugart products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Neugart" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PN11168 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular P15330J original spares produced by Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R46SSNASSNSNV02 by Pacific-Scientific and PLE120115 spares by Neugart are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Prolight3000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Light-Machines. |
