COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron PD21012 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Opto-22 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Optex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Opto-22 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Opto-22 such as the G4D16R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NFTG05 manufactured by Optex and we are pleased to be able to service most Optex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Opto by Manufacturer Opto-22 as well.

Spare units by Optex such as FHLV001MPNPT equipment made by Optex have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CVS1N40RA made by Optex as well as the popular ZEQ222G original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XW2Z100JF1 by Omron and FHLV001MPNPT spares by Optex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CD22100VC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Optex.
