COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron NT610C-DT151-V2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grant-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Total-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grant-Instruments such as the OQ84K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QPJMBP201 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QP121100SP by Manufacturer Total-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Saia Brand PCD7D457VTCF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aeg such as PS3005A00 equipment made by Aeg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PG4 made by Eberle as well as the popular RF05781194237237 original spares produced by Cmc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S86749 by Dce and PS3005A00 spares by Aeg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS3650TACM135MXM40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
