COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron NT4S-SF121B-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Qem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kitamura parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yamatake product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Qem such as the QAW3201P201AF02M4001T0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SE98652 manufactured by Kitamura and we are pleased to be able to service most Kitamura systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ST200CP05W by Manufacturer Yamatake as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sick Brand UE447022EE690 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as PC477 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PressureControls made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular SV1900P3PMRTSS original spares produced by Stealth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSXP57153M by Telemecanique and PC477 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QPLCTDE0000A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
