COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron NT31C-ST141B-EV2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crt-Solutions parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bradley such as the S50412 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M34EDC11X36 manufactured by Crt-Solutions and we are pleased to be able to service most Crt-Solutions systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NT20MFK210 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Applied-Motion-Products Brand PCB1000134B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Giddings--Lewis such as 4015686501 equipment made by Giddings--Lewis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Giddings--Lewis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Giddings--Lewis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMJV08ADE6SSGDV5R5A01A made by Yaskawa as well as the popular DOPB07S411 original spares produced by Delta Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XBTGT5340 by Schneider and 4015686501 spares by Giddings--Lewis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XT0P08TV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer M2i. |
