COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron NP5-SQ001B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Panasonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6FX11342BC01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HMIGTO5310 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AIG32MQ04D by Manufacturer Panasonic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGDV5R5A11A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Atlas-Copco such as 4240500300 equipment made by Atlas-Copco have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TGA62MT made by Xinje as well as the popular UT55000 original spares produced by Yokogawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PA0547100 by Modicon and 4240500300 spares by Atlas-Copco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V806MDN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji.
