COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron NB10W-TW01B NB10WTW01B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yamaha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yamaha such as the SRCP10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SGMGV55ADC6C manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XBTZGUMP by Manufacturer Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand STBAVI0300K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6AV39711NA020CA0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGM7G75AFC6CSGD7S550A00A made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SGM7J04AFC6SSGD7S2R8A00A original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711M3A18L12711M3A19L1 by Allen-Bradley and 6AV39711NA020CA0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NSX250NLV431870 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
