COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron MPT002-G4P-V2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Epson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Medar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delta product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Epson such as the EG9013FNZ1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8010399SO304920A manufactured by Medar and we are pleased to be able to service most Medar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DOPB10S411 by Manufacturer Delta as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGDV590A11A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGM7G55AFC6CSGD7S470A00A equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGDV7R6A11A made by Yaskawa as well as the popular 2711PT12C4D8A original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M34KDD0X11CRT by National-Electronics and SGM7G55AFC6CSGD7S470A00A spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
