COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron FIS-6300-5002G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ophir products, including obsoleted and phased-out Openware parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Optex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ophir such as the PVM2TE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7602A manufactured by Openware and we are pleased to be able to service most Openware systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CD22100485 by Manufacturer Optex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parametrics Brand 6007600702 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ormec such as PACF50R equipment made by Ormec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ormec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ormec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PN24DJKM made by Pacific as well as the popular CD22100V2 original spares produced by Optex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0150DSRMSY34000 by Parker and PACF50R spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 55NM810205CTRL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific. |
