COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron F3SJ-A1620P30 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Panasonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schaevitz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Panasonic such as the YD350AA2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LVDT manufactured by Schaevitz and we are pleased to be able to service most Schaevitz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F3SJ by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand TG2A2A11A1AM5Q4DA2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rechner such as EW00001114 equipment made by Rechner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rechner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rechner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9171008 made by Perceptron as well as the popular CSFV30 original spares produced by Seeka Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 420ER033030RFBH by Schmersal and EW00001114 spares by Rechner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RAYIT2SF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Raytek. |
