COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron E6C-AN4C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl+fuchs products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rvsi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl+fuchs such as the UB200030GM65WS3BHMS5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MVi8 manufactured by Rvsi and we are pleased to be able to service most Rvsi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1852418 by Manufacturer Sew as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rechner Brand KSA25090130VAC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as CLX490 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ZXGTC41 made by Omron as well as the popular ZSLD20 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 47803 by Pepperl and CLX490 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RAYET3P7SF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Raytek.
