COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron E5CN-R1PU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Qualitrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wago product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the E5CSTQ1KJ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TR600000013332 manufactured by Qualitrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Qualitrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 750341 by Manufacturer Wago as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yamatake Brand DCP30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ward such as 960CP equipment made by Ward have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SMA710R made by Super-mite-a as well as the popular FRI77G original spares produced by Theben

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES73221HH010AA0 by Siemens and 960CP spares by Ward are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EHARMP201A10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vickers.
