COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron E3Z-T81 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepper+fuchs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the NJ20U4A2T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 109042 manufactured by Pepper+fuchs and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepper+fuchs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SJ30A by Manufacturer Pepperl as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pct-Instruments Brand PZA2KGC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Optex such as CVS1P40 equipment made by Optex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available J352C67 made by Pcb as well as the popular 87081370A6501 original spares produced by Opcon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NCB50FPA2CP3V1 by Pepperl and CVS1P40 spares by Optex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 482A06 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Piezotronics.
