COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron E2E-X5MF1-M1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oryx parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the PSEN2121PSEN21208mmLED spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 48PINDIP manufactured by Oryx and we are pleased to be able to service most Oryx systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OLT300F22A0V15 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl Brand 198052 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepper+fuchs such as 412GM80USV12 equipment made by Pepper+fuchs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepper+fuchs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepper+fuchs" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NJ15U4E2CV1 made by Pepperl as well as the popular NJ20U2E original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9164018 by Perceptron and 412GM80USV12 spares by Pepper+fuchs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1410B6501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Opcon. |
