COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron E2EC-CR5C1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Opcon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pepperl product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Opcon such as the 86091273A100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TYPE41FR2 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 418093 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Opcon Brand 1320B6501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Orion such as D528928 equipment made by Orion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Orion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Orion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 109042 made by Pepper+fuchs as well as the popular SCP1604006 original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1456a6507 by Opcon and D528928 spares by Orion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 85101273A100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Opcon. |
