COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron DRT1-ID16T/DRT16/DRT1ID16 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yokogawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Amk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the DXE316WRA9051STD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DX2020242USB1S2SS manufactured by Yokogawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yokogawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS556SBO4000B5 by Manufacturer Amk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand DXA455 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dvt such as DVT550 equipment made by Dvt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dvt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dvt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800NDAC made by Ge as well as the popular DS3815DMCC1P1A original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800HXRC1D1C by Ge and DVT550 spares by Dvt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ervoDriveController Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
