COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron CVM1-PRO01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the E4809045109EE4809045110CE480904 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS200GSIAG1CFD manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS3810MMBB1A1A by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand D72WTSP264HDW95 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as DM15K4101D equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DSA130230S made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular DKC0130407FW original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DCT6088 by Polysonics and DM15K4101D spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDS021W025DS29 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
