COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron CVM1-CPU01-EV2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Automata products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Computer-Conversion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Automata such as the D21000221 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS3800HXMA1L1K manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DBC102PS by Manufacturer Computer-Conversion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Seiko Brand DSC6200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Comdel such as CX5000WRFCX10PCPMX6000 equipment made by Comdel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Comdel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Comdel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E4809045140BandVACA303J made by Okuma as well as the popular DS200SDCIG1AFB original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ED63A010 by Siemens and CX5000WRFCX10PCPMX6000 spares by Comdel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
