COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron CPM1A-20CDT-A-V1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 2D82302G01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1324HB010AB0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2711PT10C15D2 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6ES72350KD220XA0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aeg-Modicon such as 92009000014204007 equipment made by Aeg-Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aeg-Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aeg-Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCID037840P24 made by Balance-Tech. as well as the popular 6ES79538LL200AA0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the THK2752 by Toyopuc and 92009000014204007 spares by Aeg-Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6185CBZBBZZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
