COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron CJ2M-CPU31 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dmc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Xinje product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dmc such as the DMCT2803S1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XP30BTEDC manufactured by Ls and we are pleased to be able to service most Ls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TH865UT by Manufacturer Xinje as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 357576vib12cuib12c in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cincinnati such as 35330321G equipment made by Cincinnati have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cincinnati products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cincinnati" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMIGTO2310 made by Schneider as well as the popular RINT6611C original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6AV21232GB030AX0 by Siemens and 35330321G spares by Cincinnati are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6AV35031DB10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
