COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron CJ1W-SCU21-V1/CJ1WSCU21V1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the CUTLERHAMMERA201K5CXMODELJMOTORCONTROL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DRH07550BS20001 manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM600DU5F by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Edwards Brand D38661000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as DME3000111P equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D65UB002840 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular D7DBA15STA1XXX original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDS031W030DS0102FW by Indramat and DME3000111P spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM150DK24E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
