COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron C28P-EDT1-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyopuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6ES71971LB000XA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the THK2752 manufactured by Toyopuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyopuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E5ZN2QNH03TCFLK by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schleicher Brand PSK2128F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Roland such as D75210 equipment made by Roland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Roland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Roland" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3431CX100XE03071EA000AA0 made by Siemens as well as the popular A6K125R original spares produced by Shawmut Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 935A1CK0000G935A1CK0000G by Watlow and D75210 spares by Roland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C500OC221 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
