COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron C28P-EDT1-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Shinko products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aplex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Shinko such as the GCS232RE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AHM6177A09 manufactured by Aplex and we are pleased to be able to service most Aplex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AFPS by Manufacturer Yec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand E5ENQ3HTNE5ENQ3HTN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as E5CXQHTC equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ECR4513754 made by Roche as well as the popular 0518451 original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TX48 by Toho and E5CXQHTC spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C100FP07VCN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rkc. |
