COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron 3G2A5-IM212 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schlumberger products, including obsoleted and phased-out Philips parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Optimate product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schlumberger such as the 34715223012502 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KS4400 manufactured by Philips and we are pleased to be able to service most Philips systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OP9001 by Manufacturer Optimate as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rotronics Brand HYGROFLEX1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sharp such as JW31PU equipment made by Sharp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sharp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sharp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TCZ020 made by West as well as the popular E5ZE8ACA01TCB original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZW162S by Sharp and JW31PU spares by Sharp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPX02D2AV2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Seriplex. |
