COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omegadyne LCHD-5K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ophir product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the E3XNM16 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F39E1 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PE25DIFREYV2 by Manufacturer Ophir as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Orbisphere Brand 3600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as MC4720450R equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TLW3MB2 made by Omron as well as the popular E3CS5A original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5IK90GSA2F by Oriental and MC4720450R spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F3SA321LampF3SA321D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
