COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omegadyne LCGD-2K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sensotec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Revere parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Resolver product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sensotec such as the TJE889303 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CSPB10200K30P5R manufactured by Revere and we are pleased to be able to service most Revere systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11BRCT300F58A5 by Manufacturer Resolver as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand CD2A22A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Optosafe such as p4124b equipment made by Optosafe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optosafe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optosafe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KJRD30KNDPAV2 made by Pulsatronic as well as the popular 9120015 original spares produced by Perceptron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SCT50GEE000CM00 by Rosemount and p4124b spares by Optosafe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 304AB2A1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robertshaw. |
