COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omegadyne LCGD-2K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Protection products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pinnacle parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Protection such as the 7658 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MG1212240FAUSC manufactured by Pinnacle and we are pleased to be able to service most Pinnacle systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0065C22D0035D0225T04A2 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Perceptron Brand 9171008 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Provib such as TM01800100201002 equipment made by Provib have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Provib products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Provib" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8415080 made by Wika as well as the popular NJ15M1KA2V1 original spares produced by Pepperl Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OS32CBP4M by Omron and TM01800100201002 spares by Provib are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 702201055 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
