COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omega PX941-5KSI parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Raytek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the VCS11010K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DK1095A92110 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RAYTXSLTSF by Manufacturer Raytek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand F3SJA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Renishaw such as RESM20USA100 equipment made by Renishaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Renishaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Renishaw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KS250M22 made by Rechner as well as the popular Z4LA1030 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLV4316010S03 by Sick and RESM20USA100 spares by Renishaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original APCCM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensys.
