COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omega PX653-01D5V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Paroscientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sartorius product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Paroscientific such as the 2400A101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FEPC4LF manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PR620123L by Manufacturer Sartorius as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl+fuchs Brand UB200030GM65WS3BHMS5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Opcon such as 30033 equipment made by Opcon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Opcon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Opcon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9120012 made by Perceptron as well as the popular CTSM5160BQ0R0000 original spares produced by Qel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLV43X by Sick and 30033 spares by Opcon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C20E180303A22 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick. |
