COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma TH604A/PPS-60C E4809-747-005-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ormec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ormec such as the SACSDM405S0000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E3XA119 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C200HCPU02CPUUnit by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand LA471175U720 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pacific-Scientific such as SC7254001 equipment made by Pacific-Scientific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pacific-Scientific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pacific-Scientific" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 150WR4012 made by Reliance as well as the popular HECGV3P1B original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M2023CX by Power-Electronics and SC7254001 spares by Pacific-Scientific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TH604A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
