COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma OSP7000M, OSP700M parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reuland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reuland such as the B4B7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4GK90K manufactured by Oriental-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPM120CDRD by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Renold Brand BL546 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexnord such as 34411 equipment made by Rexnord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexnord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexnord" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 200917350 made by Rexnord as well as the popular 209307 original spares produced by Rexnord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10B1 by Rexnord and 34411 spares by Rexnord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 112HP601RATIOGEARMOTOR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
