COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma E5409-770-002-3 / 1099-0002-02-017 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Esa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quick-Panel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Esa such as the VT505W000ET spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML104QN7000 manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QKT2D100S2P by Manufacturer Quick-Panel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand NTCN221 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 6AV65420CA100AX0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MCD64902 made by Diagnostics-Systems-Applications as well as the popular LM240IOJ original spares produced by Sharp Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FP15C4A0A1 by Omin-Vision and 6AV65420CA100AX0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 634275A90UBA2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
