COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma E4809-770-109 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Falk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ingersoll-Rand product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the CECP83665T4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D7VCBN2A25AFE manufactured by Falk and we are pleased to be able to service most Falk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E263099403057RM by Manufacturer Ingersoll-Rand as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leeson Brand CZ6T17VC30A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emerson such as DXM205WHITE equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CDP3575 made by Baldor as well as the popular D813362 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM232AE116808 by Parker and DXM205WHITE spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CS63A4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bonora. |
