COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma E4809-770-103-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bonitron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Himmel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bonitron such as the M3452C600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HU2000 manufactured by Himmel and we are pleased to be able to service most Himmel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GVH20E by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand FX40DUES in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cutler-hammer such as KD3400S09 equipment made by Cutler-hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-hammer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC3600AVIA1D made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular IS200VCRCH1B original spares produced by Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCWB0699 by Solid-Controls and KD3400S09 spares by Cutler-hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC3600STDC1G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge-Fanuc. |
