COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma E4809-045-148-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grafikontrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schaffner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Industrial product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grafikontrol such as the G91241 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FN3359HV40099 manufactured by Schaffner and we are pleased to be able to service most Schaffner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FPM180TS by Manufacturer Industrial as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand GP470EG11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Microswitch such as FFSEDGE6G21 equipment made by Microswitch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microswitch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microswitch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HDS042W200N made by Rexroth as well as the popular IC3600LTDA1C original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FFSB14ER10KS2 by Honeywell and FFSEDGE6G21 spares by Microswitch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC600YB815 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
