COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma E4809-045-091-E + E4809-045-167-C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dynics products, including obsoleted and phased-out B--B-Electrinics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynics such as the HCI6T1W2E1401E1401 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HCMAESTROA manufactured by B--B-Electrinics and we are pleased to be able to service most B--B-Electrinics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC3600AOAC1F by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Computer-Conversion Brand EHMDS90DBC1001PS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as H160CA63X40C100VFCIF13350 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FT1AH40RSA made by Idec as well as the popular HS20471C original spares produced by Jardis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FS979 by Commell and H160CA63X40C100VFCIF13350 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E4809045148C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
