COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma E0105-437-051 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker-Hannifin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge-Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the GL60S3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ET050B05PA000FRDN0077A manufactured by Parker-Hannifin and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker-Hannifin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC693CPU351 by Manufacturer Ge-Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand JANCDYCP01E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as IS200 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC695CMU310 made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular KDB3400KX02Y12D08 original spares produced by Cutler-hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L0119YD by Ampex and IS200 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS570511 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
