COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma DCPS-1 For 2 Axis parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rr-Automation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the 3G3MVCB022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC834105N manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8B0P0440HW000001 by Manufacturer Rr-Automation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand SA3000DC0708971350 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Oriental-Motor such as UDX5128N equipment made by Oriental-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oriental-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oriental-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3G3RVA2075AV1 made by Omron as well as the popular GP570TV11 original spares produced by Pro-face Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2V2160 by Reliance and UDX5128N spares by Oriental-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
