COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma BL-MS45E-30TN-B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lincoln products, including obsoleted and phased-out Apex-Dynamics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lincoln such as the AHAAN4S2TC61Q10L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AF18052P2 manufactured by Apex-Dynamics and we are pleased to be able to service most Apex-Dynamics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B104A32 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A06B0855B1023000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A8600315T102 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B77C1116X made by Reliance as well as the popular ASM66MCP36 original spares produced by Vexta Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLMH101E12SB by Okuma and A8600315T102 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BE233DQNPSN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
