COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma BL-MH101E-12S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Helwig products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Helwig such as the ATN498L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A16B2203069109B manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AKM43LBKC2AB00 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand B78V2934NMJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as B202B21B2 equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available AKM53KBKCN200 made by Danaher as well as the popular A06B0754B210 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BHE50 by Gong-Tzyh and B202B21B2 spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B0054FLF2UYW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
