COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Okuma BL MC-50J-20TB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Delco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Delco such as the B7100A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A3651051231 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A06B0752B200 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has T+r-Electronic Brand AE65M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Avtron such as B14001 equipment made by Avtron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Avtron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Avtron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A13000 made by Fanuc as well as the popular B0034FLB2AK original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A06B0651B005 by Fanuc and B14001 spares by Avtron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BE341FJKMSN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
